Great location. Clean facility with caring staff making your visit comfortable as could be. Eye contact and every question and concern addressed. Been here many times over the years and never had a bad experience. Very professional Doctors going above and beyond expectation. This group really cares about their patients, in my opinion

I find they push pain killers, with little regard to your health. Doctors talk to like your about 14 years old. They may feel like i knew more about doctoring then they did. I needed an antibiotic for infection on my hand, kept pushing pain killers with antibiotic. They wrote me a prescription for antibiotics with pain killers, cost over 1000 for a few pills. I did not want pain killers just the antibiotic to kill the infection. Pharmacy company fills out antibiotics free of charge. That's how I saw my visit. They were nice to me.

The staff here are just amazing! This month I had to visit this location for myself and my daughter. The first time, I saw Dr. Lou, who based on my symptoms suspected appendicitis. When the imaging was done, she sent me to the ER and then to have surgery. Dr. Lou was compassionate and spot on! More recently, my daughter was not able to fall asleep due to congestion and a bad stomachache. Again the staff went above and beyond. This time my daughter was seen by Markira S., the PA. And she was the sweetest! Spent time talking to my daughter in both English and Spanish. My daughter had to be tested for the flu, strep, and covid. And Kathy G., the RN was so patient and understanding, waited for my daughter to finish crying and vomiting and when it was all done and negative, another nurse Shirley L. Brought her a juice box and stickers! My daughter was so happy. Definitely will keep coming here!

I liked the security, receptionist, nurse, Dr and even the janitors' service. What I didn't like was the long wait to see the Dr. & get tested. I arrived at 11:30am, they let in 3-4 patients at the time which is fine. I waited to be seen by the nice Dr., I waited to get tested and I waited to get my results. left at almost 3pm. That is quite unacceptable. They should implement a faster service or hire more practitioners.

Have to say, best patient care experience I've ever had. Despite the line at the urgent care, I was seen and received my rapid test results within 30 minutes. I was quite impressed because there were a good number of people. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend. They actually take the time to show their concern!
